TYPICAL HANDLING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are normally dispatched within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow approximately 7 business days for Australian delivery to most areas (a little longer for WA and remote areas). Australian Express delivery will typically take 3-6 business days. Please refer to Australia Post's website for delivery estimates here. For your reference, we are shipping out of NSW.
As the reliability and efficiency of mail delivery varies across the world we cannot guarantee these delivery times, they should only be used as a guide.
Some specific countries where there can be extended delays in delivery due to slow and unreliable postal systems include India, the Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, and other South American countries. This is not a comprehensive list but are countries where we have had customer feedback of long delivery time frames. You may need to allow up to 3 months for airmail delivery to these countries. Express courier shipping is recommended in these cases as it should be quicker. However even Express Courier delivery to these countries is still likely to take longer than the general timeframe mentioned above.
